Certified Career Development professional (CCDP) is a designed to prepare individuals with the knowledge, skills, and tools to guide others in achieving professional success and career fulfillment. - Master SMART and GROW coaching models

Conduct a complete career coaching project with a real or simulated client
Prepare and present a final case study or coaching portfolio
